These terms govern your use of the Ahmaris website and mobile app. By creating an account you agree to them.

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old, legally single, and able to enter into a binding agreement. You agree that the information you provide is truthful and your own.

How Ahmaris works

Ahmaris is a concierge service, not a browsing app. After you apply, our team reviews your questionnaire, reference, interview, and background check before offering membership. Introductions are made by a person, at our discretion, and we cannot guarantee any number of introductions or any particular outcome.

Membership fees

Membership fees are described at the time you are invited to join. Fees are payable through the link your concierge provides and are non-refundable once an introduction has been made, except where the law requires otherwise.

Your conduct

• Treat every member with honesty, kindness, and respect.
• Do not share another member's photos, messages, or details outside the app.
• Do not use the service for commercial purposes or to solicit anyone.
• Do not misrepresent your identity, age, marital status, or intentions.

We may suspend or end your membership if you violate these terms or if we believe it is necessary to protect other members.

Background checks

By continuing your application you authorize us to request a background check through our screening partner. You will be asked for separate consent by that partner before any check is run.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos and text you provide. You grant Ahmaris a license to use them only to operate the service, including showing them to members you are introduced to.

Safety

We screen applicants carefully, but we cannot verify everything. Use good judgment when meeting anyone in person, meet in public places, and tell someone you trust where you will be.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ahmaris is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or from your interactions with other members.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in the app before they take effect.
